Human Advisor AI LLC is committed to making its public website and public assistant experiences usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we design, build, review, and improve our digital services.
- Target standard
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2, Level AA
- Current public claim
- No conformance claim is made by this statement
Accuracy note. Automated and browser-based tests support this statement, but automated checks alone do not establish WCAG conformance. This statement describes the verified implementation and the known limits of the evidence without making a broader conformance claim.
1. What this statement covers
This statement covers the Human Advisor AI public website and the shared components used across the following public experiences:
- corporate website pages and navigation;
- published articles and the article index;
- public enquiry forms, unavailable states, and confirmation states;
- the corporate Ava host page;
- advisor pages created from the shared advisor template;
- advisor-context Ava host pages;
- public Terms, Privacy, AI Disclosure, Contact, and Cookie or browser-storage surfaces.
Separately authenticated services are governed and assessed separately. External websites and third-party services linked from the HAA website are not controlled by Human Advisor AI, although accessibility is considered when selecting and configuring services within our control.
2. Accessibility measures
The rebuilt website uses shared accessibility controls across governed routes and components. Implemented and verified measures include:
- keyboard access, logical focus order, visible focus, and no identified keyboard traps in the tested scope;
- a skip link, meaningful landmarks, one primary heading, logical heading structure, descriptive page titles, and page language;
- accessible names, labels, instructions, error summaries, status messages, and unavailable states;
- alternative text requirements for meaningful images and deliberate treatment of decorative images;
- shared semantic color roles for text, links, controls, focus indicators, errors, and interactive states;
- reflow without unintended horizontal scrolling at narrow widths and at 200 percent and 400 percent zoom in the tested scope;
- reduced-motion and forced-colors support where available;
- interactive target sizing and spacing, including the applicable spacing exception;
- no autoplay for governed video, with captions and an accessible text alternative required before publication;
- brief, integrated Ava identity and ordinary-chat notices with accessible Privacy and Terms links;
- validation across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit.
3. Assessment approach and evidence
Human Advisor AI assessed the governed website through a combination of automated checks, instrumented browser testing, deterministic builds, route and content validation, and manual review of tested interactions. The completed review included three consecutive browser matrices with 429 of 429 checks passing in each run, with no retries or timeouts.
| Assessment area | Verified treatment |
|---|---|
| Keyboard and focus | Keyboard-only navigation, visible focus, logical order, and no identified traps in the tested scope. |
| Zoom and reflow | Narrow-width, 200 percent, and 400 percent review across governed routes. |
| Structure | Titles, language, headings, landmarks, regions, labels, names, status semantics, and route ownership. |
| Visual presentation | Text, link, control, focus, hover, active, and other interactive-state contrast through shared semantic roles. |
| Forms | Labels, instructions, required state, errors, summaries, consent treatment, unavailable state, and server-confirmed success rules. |
| Media | No autoplay; captions, accessible alternative, controls, poster, and publication-gate treatment where applicable. |
| Assistant hosts | Compact notices, legal links, unavailable state, keyboard behavior, and placement isolation. |
| Browsers | Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit, with non-loopback requests controlled during testing. |
4. Current verified status
The final correction and the fresh context-isolated review found no open material original-scope accessibility defect and no material evidence gap in the accepted website package. The accepted implementation reported:
- zero definite at-rest contrast findings;
- zero link-in-text-block findings;
- zero definite interactive-state contrast findings;
- zero interactive-state margin shortfalls;
- deterministic build output with no differences;
- complete Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit matrices passing in three consecutive runs;
- preservation of approved source, article copy, advisor content, and governed routes.
No conformance claim. Human Advisor AI is not using these results to publish a claim that the website conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Automated and instrumented results do not cover every assistive-technology combination or every content-quality judgment.
5. Known limitations and evidence boundaries
No material known accessibility defect remained open in the accepted scope. The following evidence boundaries remain important:
- Automated tools returned 62 at-rest incomplete results and 16 interactive-state incomplete results. These results are recorded as neither passes nor failures. They include questions involving image or gradient backgrounds and other situations that automated tools could not conclusively determine.
- The at-rest and interactive-state results overlap on some hero surfaces. They should not be interpreted as 78 separate elements.
- Third-party websites or services may have accessibility characteristics that Human Advisor AI does not control.
If a new material limitation is confirmed, Human Advisor AI will record it, correct it through the governed website process where feasible, retest the affected scope, and update this statement when the limitation affects the accuracy of the public description.
6. Media and third-party content
Human Advisor AI does not intend to publish governed prerecorded video unless the applicable publication gate is satisfied. Governed video must not autoplay and must provide captions and an accessible text alternative where required. Video controls, poster behavior, mobile playback, seeking, and delivery performance must be validated before publication.
Third-party services linked from the website may operate under their own accessibility practices. When a verified third-party limitation affects a visitor’s ability to complete a task and an alternative HAA-controlled path exists, Human Advisor AI will identify or provide that path where reasonably available.
7. Feedback and assistance
Human Advisor AI welcomes accessibility feedback. If you encounter a barrier, please email compliance@humanadvisor.ai. You may identify the page or feature, describe the problem, and include the browser, device, or assistive technology used if you wish. You may also request the information or service in an alternative format where reasonably available.
Privacy requests should be sent to privacy@humanadvisor.ai. General corporate enquiries may use the HAA-owned contact form when available, with support@humanadvisor.ai as the approved fallback when the form is unavailable.
Human Advisor AI does not publish a fixed response-time promise in this statement. The nature and complexity of the request may affect the time needed to investigate and provide a substantive response.
8. Compatibility and reasonable use
The website is intended to work with current mainstream browsers and common assistive technologies. The accepted website package was validated across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit. Visitors can improve their experience by using current browser and assistive-technology versions and by enabling built-in zoom, contrast, text, keyboard, or motion preferences appropriate to their needs.
Browser and operating-system behavior may differ. For example, keyboard handling of links can vary by browser and platform. Human Advisor AI evaluates whether the website remains operable within those platform models rather than assuming identical behavior across every browser.
9. Statement maintenance
Human Advisor AI reviews this statement when material website behavior, shared components, public forms, assistant experiences, media delivery, or accessibility evidence changes. Material findings are recorded, corrected through the governed website process where applicable, retested, and reflected here when they affect the accuracy of the public description.
Publication of this statement does not activate Ava, public forms, email, analytics, marketing, learning, voice, video interaction, or any other optional feature. Each feature remains subject to separate implementation evidence and owner authorization.
